Creating A Book Wreath!

Welcome!  Recently I received a request to create a 'Book Wreath' for a treasured client.  Of course, I loved the opportunity to think outside of the box, design and create! πŸ’

This exciting opportunity came about when she saw my Grateful Wreath on-line. πŸ’–  She wanted her wreath made with books, and without flowers or words, but similar in size to my Grateful Wreath.  😊
With my design in mind, it was time to create!  After cutting and scoring all of the leaves, I gave them a light folding at the score line to add additional dimension.  Their veins were drawn in using the Shimmer Brushes. Some of my leaves were cut apart while adhering with Liquid Glass to the Wood Ring Base.

Liquid Glass was used for adhering all of the components to the wreath base.  It was also used as an embellishment providing the glossy, protective coating for the books.

After stamping and coloring the stacks of books images, I fussy cut around them.   They were also brushed with the Liquid Glass.
Other than a 16" round wooden base purchased in the floral department of the local craft store, everything else is from my Consultant site, PapercraftingWithGayle.ctmh.com.

Here's what I used!

A quick FIY, my Cricut affiliate link is available here on the sidebar, and is always available via PapercraftingWithGayle.ctmh.com.  Not only exclusive Close to My Heart Product, but all Cricut products are available through my link.  Your support is greatly appreciated!
